Updated subscription prices and launched new website

Created ability to export individual notes and notebooks in html/zip, text and markdown formats. To access these, click on the export icon in a note/notebook as shown in the screenshots below

Added sign up/sign-in with Apple

Added image name access/change and caption for images embedded in a note

Fixed some minor bugs related to cleaning up references within a note and sharing URLs not changing after a title has been modified
